What does an account do for me?

Opening an online account with Midwest Livestock Systems allows you to manage your contact information and shipping address. You can also submit product reviews and check the status of your orders. 

What happens after I submit my quote request?

A Midwest Livestock Systems LLC customer service representative will submit a proposal to you via email with final pricing, payment options, and shipping options. 

What payment options do you offer? 

Midwest Livestock Systems honors all Visa, MasterCard, Discover, John Deere Financial™ (not available online), CODs (not available online), and approved Midwest Livestock credit accounts (not available online). 

How do I apply for a credit account? 

To open an account, download the credit account application form. All applications must be accompanied by a signed credit agreement.

How are sales taxes applied? 

Many states and counties have unique tax laws. Your specific sales tax amount based on your location will be provided in your price proposal.

What do I need to do if my business is tax exempt? 

Contact your Midwest Livestock Systems customer service representative with a valid tax exempt form and order information. 

How do I check on the status of my order? 

You can check the status of your order by logging into your Midwest Livestock Systems account and clicking on My Orders. If you don’t have an account, order status information is available through your Midwest Livestock Systems customer service representative.

How will my order ship? 

The fastest carrier will be used to ship your order directly to you. UPS, Speedee, or Motor Freight will be used if possible; otherwise, the lowest-cost common carrier will deliver your order.
