Ordering: Submitting your order online does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. Once your order has been received, a customer service representative will contact you with final pricing. Payment and Pricing: Midwest Livestock Systems, LLC, honors all Visa, MasterCard, Discover, John Deere Financial™, and CODs. A credit account can be established when your MLS credit application has been approved. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Additional service charges may apply to credit card purchases. We will honor all tax exempt numbers upon receipt of the proper forms. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery: The fastest carrier will be used to ship your order directly to you. UPS or Speedee will be used if possible; otherwise, the lowest-cost common carrier will deliver your order. Customers are responsible for freight and handling charges. Shipping charges are based on the weight and volume of the order and the distance it must travel. Please report any damage to the freight company upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges: All returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of the shipping date and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 30 days will be accepted on an inspection basis. The product must be returned and inspected before a credit can be issued. Defective or damaged items are backed 100 percent and can be returned for exchange only. All returns must be sent ground service only, UPS or parcel post. For your own protection, please insure the package for its full value. SORRY, NO COD RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Restock charges may be applied on certain manufactured items. Credit Application: Midwest Livestock Systems, LLC, has adopted a Standard Convenience Credit policy that allows customers an approved credit application the opportunity to charge purchases, within the pre-approved credit limit, and pay for them within terms. To open a credit account, download the credit application form. All applications must be accompanied by a signed credit agreement.
