The Valco® Straight Plastic Upper Boot Transition is a heavy-walled, injection-molded component designed to connect a 16-inch feed bin opening to a lower boot assembly. Unlike 30-degree models, the straight transition is specifically utilized for vertical feed drops, making it ideal for tandem bin installations or systems requiring a shallow pitch entry into a facility.

- Durable Material: It is constructed from a heavy-walled, impact-resistant thermoplastic polymer designed for high-efficiency and low-maintenance operation in automatic feeding systems.
- Standard Sizing: The top of the boot is sized to fit standard 16-inch diameter hopper openings on most existing feed bins.
- Clear Visibility Option: While the standard plastic model is opaque, Val-Co also offers a Clear Polycarbonate version. This ultraviolet-stabilized translucent blend allows producers to verify feed presence or flow at a glance from a distance.
